Proud Mommy Wonderful news, in a pretty quick evaluation of buggy today, his autism scoring went from a 22 (25 being lowest functioning autistics and 8 being high functioning) to a 14! Thats right everyone, our sweet big boy is now on the moderate (albeit lower moderate) area of the spectrum! So proud of you sweet buggy! Pretty proud of mr K too! He falls in the at risk for autism category but the doctor seems pretty sure that with his social skills, k may have hurdles to over come but will catch up. He is suggesting 30 hours a week of Hab(though warned us that he will probably only get around 15. We are praying for thirty but will feel so blessed to have what ever God has them grant them. The at-risk eval does not remove the current GDD dx but we know Mr k will be just fine!
