*Proud, happy moment* The second More To Love Class has concluded and now, the class has joined the More To Love Class Alum group and will continue on the path to self-acceptance and love with their other MTLClass sisters. In just two classes, the program has helped over 75 women break-free from the cycle of shame, fear and loathing of their bodies, and into women who proudly share their stories, photos and confidence that weight cannot and will not define worth. The next MTLClass will likely be in June and I will keep you posted, but the BEST way to stay updated is my email list which you can join from the More To Love website (link in my about)
