Put out the story yesterday about Food Stamp benefits dropping. Yup, food stamp or SNAP benefits going down, nore more than $11 for each person starting November,2013. Mine, down $11. And there is no appeal on this one. Its a change in benefits due to federal law, or, the end of the federal stimulus package known as The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. So, no appeal. But, hey, maybe a change, now that one Wall St. collection of dubious individuals, may be paying about $13 billion to the Feds for the fiasco of 2008.
