She seems to work very hard to keep his legacy alive and I know she saved Graceland from the auction block. What is your personal opinion of her as a person? A: I never got to know Priscilla Presley well. I know I say this about those around Elvis but it is true. I wrote about the times the two of us spoke though and we were friendly. I think Elviss legacy is alive because of Elvis. He stands on his own. I moved on in life, my choice, but what I dont think is right is to not be mentioned and swept under the carpet as if Elvis was never engaged and had a future he was looking forward to with someone else. I have seen a spokesperson for Graceland on You tube talking about the last night Elvis was in the racquetball court and they said that he was with friends playing racquetball. Someone had to okay those comments. For the record, Elvis was with his fiancée and his cousins that morning. Im sure if it had been turned around and had he been playing racquetball with Priscilla that morning, that her name would have been mentioned. This is an example which is not right.
