Q: What happened to Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 which - TopicsExpress

Q: What happened to Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 which disappeared on March 8? A: It is believed to have crashed in the South China Sea approximately 90 minutes into flight, without any communication or emergency declaration. Data sent from the engines to Rolls Royce and Boeing was completely normal at take off, and 30 minutes later. The airplane was properly serviced with scheduled maintenance and cleared to fly. Radar sightings are being contested, and there might have been mistakes in the Malaysian military radar detection which has now become a sensitive issue. Civilian radar lost the plane early, and perhaps it was flying too low. The issue of the 2 Iranian passengers travelling with stolen passports and observed on security cameras boarding the plane, indicates that neither young man is a suspect in anything seriously criminal or dangerous. Chinese satellite images of wreckage seen and withheld for 3 days are now being discounted, and actually denied. No wreckage was found, outside of 2 large oil slicks from possible jet fuel. There are many reports that the pilot had entertained women in his cabin, while flying, for many years. These are alleged personal contacts, with appropriate witnesses. There are no signs of a fire or malfunction such as was the case in similar crash of ValuJet 592 in the Florida Everglades on May 11, 1996 and the situation appears to be more similar to the low altitude crash of Air New Zealand Flight 901 on Nov 28, 1979 which was commonly known as the Mount Erebus disaster. Clouds and weather, lack of visibility, inattention to instruments and flying too low are blamed for that one.
