QA / QC Inspector Responsibilities: ● Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance to the QA Plan (QAP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP) ● Maintain QC inspection & test records and to compile them for submission to customer ● Liaise with Production Department on the conduct of QC inspections & tests and then arrange for witnessing from customer ● Prepare non-conformance reports and to liaise with the relevant action parties on the proper disposition of such non-conformance. ● Assist the QA / QC Engineer to conduct welders qualification & welding procedure tests and also to maintain records of the qualified welders & procedures. ● Feedback to the QA/QC Engineer on the performance of all external specialist sub-contractors. Requirements: ● Minimum ITE graduate in any Engineering discipline ● Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in QA & QC in manufacturing environment.
