QUESTION FROM A MEMBER: My son is 22 months old and really dislike for me to brush his teeth. He wants to do it himself - which is super great - but obviously I would like to give his teeth a good brushing myself. I have tried singing, letting him brush my teeth while I brush his, other distracting techniques - none of which have worked so far. Im just getting really worried he will get cavities very soon. Im dreading taking him to the dentist afraid of how he will handle it (he does not like being put on his back at all). I feed him a very healthy diet, very low sugar (pretty much just from fruits, except yogurt). I was wondering if other parents have found successful ways to care for their littles teeth.
