Qantas Very disappointed with my current experience and my bag going missing. A few pieces of feedback I would like to pass on 1) Firstly I cannot understand why my bag did not make my Johannesburg connection in Sydney when coming from Brisbane. I am sure I was not the only one with this connection however seemed to be the only one who did not get their bag! 2) When a bag does not make the connection can you inform the flight crew so they can inform the passenger? The Sydney to Johannesburg flight is 14 hours so plenty of time to do this. 3) When I arrived in Johannesburg and did not find my bag the ground crew had no idea where it was, made me fill out a form and sent me on my way with no information. Surely they should have known what happened as there was plenty of time to communicate this! 4) As of right now neither Qantas for ground crew in Johannesburg are yet to contact me about my bag. The only way I know is that I asked my dad in Australia call Qantas to find out. This is not acceptable dont make me chase you when you do not deliver on a service! Overall a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. When a bag goes missing you need to communicate with the customer. I need to make decisions on buying new clothes etc depending on what is happening. I have not flown Qantas internationally for a few years however this experience makes me not want to come back. Please do not do the same on my flight back to Brisbane with you.
