Quality Administrator St David Recruitment Services Ltd - Bridgend Temporary Role Purpose: Accurate analysis and reporting of data. Key Responsibilities: • Establishing liability of claims using Subcontractor web portals and Company MRP system of worse performing models. • Collation of Subcontractor comments and images of worse performing models into presentation format. • Analysis of complaint information to establish trends and identifying re-occurring issues. • Weekly/Monthly Quality Reporting. • Collation of inspection data. • Hospitality duties including co-ordinating lunch for visitors, etc. • Assisting Compliance Administrator and Quality & Compliance Supervisor when required. • Perform other adhoc duties as required.
