Question about surge. How are drivers at home supposed to know when the map changes to yellow or orange or actually goes into surge? Do they have to have the app open and physically be watching the map? Uber says the goal reason for using the map colors is to pull drivers out of their homes and onto the street, but it seems drivers sitting at home have no way of knowing when surges go into effect without actually watching the app 24/7.
