Quick update because Im supposed to be horizontal on an ice pack. But, Ive learned that steroid injections make my body ache and put my mind on raceasfastaspossiblefromonerandometopictoanotherthereforemakinganyonethingimpossible mode. Third injection went well...got a post-op muffin! The local anesthesia doesnt wear off completely until tomorrow evening, so no way to tell what the overall benefit/longer-term effects will be. I have high hopes since the condition did improve after the second treatment. Looking forward to getting down to long-term improvement through a more holistic approach to my life. This body of mine has been pretty amazing for the last 47 years and it figure its telling me its time to give back. LOL. Again, thank you ALL for your love and concern, your good vibes, your patience when it was warranted, and your help in getting through this. Im a very fortunate girl indeed. Oh, and the pasta sauce turned out great!
