Quino is now safe! A citizen who watched him be picked up by ACO came into mdas the next day crying trying to figure out how to help him. Joel spoke at length with her and gave her my cell and we were able to take a photo shoot, reach out to friends and rescues and secure his safety within 24 hours. TEAMWORK. Without that connection between rescue and mdas this baby would have more than likely never made it out. We need more of this! Hes so happy :)
