❤❤❤R.I.P❤OTIS❤❤❤ I posted these pics of Shooter the day of his surgery talking about how much this dog (Otis) loves them and protects them. (Literally these were the last pics taken of him) Tonight he did his usual bad habit of chasing tires and didnt get as lucky this time I wasnt home Bailee Hosfelt was out with him. He went out to potty but hes out of leashes and cables cause he chewed them all up so he was running around and he got hit killed him instantly the person felt HORRIBLE and waited with Bailee trying to console her.. Also our neighbor Hannah Schmidt came over to help and called to inform me so: i rushed home with boys from dollar store and the guy apologized a million times I started bawling as soon as I saw the look on kids face and that made it worse I tried to tell the guy it wasnt his fault it was ours for not getting a chain or pen or better way to contain him at potty time because we knew and i had told the kids so many times to prepare for this especially since he chews thru every cable leash etc hes been on....he was a TIRE chaser literally chased tires hes almost gotten caught up in them so many times. It breaks my heart but I definitely saw it coming doesnt make it any easier but showed us how great our neighbors all are when tragedy hits Lorelei Goforth thanks for talking to Bails and checking on us thanks Anne Wood and all of the other girls of neighborhood for consoling Bailee... thanks to the very nice person who stayed with Bailee who was the one who accidentally hit him he lives around the area too and had grown to know and somewhat like the lil ornery dog too bless his heart I know he has a good heart and the guy felt so bad when really its my fault to be honest seeing how tore up he was bout it made me feel that much guiltier for not having a better tie out. Anyway thanks Hannah for dropping everything you were doing to help handle the situation here. Good news is coco ( my tiny Chihuahua) is pregnant with his baby i confirmed it this a.m. ❤so pups will be almost full chihuahua and very small. 👍
