REASONS FOR SUPPORTING THIS APPLICATION A modern stadium is a place or venue for outdoor sports, concerts, or other events and consists of a field or stage either partly or completely surrounded by a structure. Cornwall is the only county in England which does not have a stadium. We need to provide facilities fit for the aspirations of the young talented sports men and women of Cornwall in the future. We already have planning permission, we need the funding. This will be achieved if enough people convince Cornwall Council Strategic Planning Committee to grant the enabling application when it comes before them.
