Trust in their target audience – they saw potentialities in them. 5. They took advantage of favorable external and internal environment 6. They saw themselves as the agents of the Council 7. Planned, regular visits to the members 8. Training – incarnational method 9. Regular follow up 10. Role modeling – they served as examples to their target audience. 11. Practical identification with needs. B What Methods were used to achieve the strategies? 1. Biblical Principles were applied in every activity. 2. Trainings were both formal and informal 3.
