RECIPE OF THE WEEK..... Dorien Yates Tempro Protein Bars!!!!!!!!! 1 cup oat flour ( or blend 1 cup of oats into a powder ) 4 egg whites 4 scoops of DY Tempro chocolate 1/3 cup of Natvia 1/2 cup of mixed berries (mashed) 1 banana (mashed) 1/3 cup of water 1/2 cup baking cocoa 1/2 tsp baking soda Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl ( oats, Tempro, baking soda, cocoa, Natvia) Add wet ingredients into bowl all together ( egg whites, berries, banana and water) Stir thoroughly till ingredients are all mixed together. Spray cooking dish with non stick spray. Bake in oven for 15-25min. Makes 16 squares at approx 36g each.
