RECIPE! When I crack out the spiralizer Im tempted to -oodle every veggie in my fridge...zoodles (zucchini noodles), coodles (carrot noodles), boodles (beet noodles)...you get the gist :). Heres a simple cold salad to enjoy your zoodles in and with warmer weather upon us, this would be a great side dish for a BBQ or picnic lunch.
