REHEARSAL SCHEDULE XMAS SHOW Just to clarify that all pupils in the Christmas show must attend the following rehearsals: Saturday 6th December 2-4pm Full Run Saturday 13th December 2-5pm Dress Rehearsal All pupils must be at the academy for 5pm on the evening of the performance. Parents will not be allowed in the concert room until 6pm. Tickets go on sale at reception on the 1st December on a first come first served basis, you cannot pay on the door on this occasion as tickets will be issued with an allocated seat no. Please be aware this is a one night only show and we can only accommodate 100. We are running a number of extra exam classes on Monday 8th December. It is extremely important that those taking exams attend these sessions in order to get the best possible marks. These are separate sessions to BTEC and will therefore be charged at £5 per class. Grade 3 Ballet 5-5.45pm Grade 3 Modern Jazz 6-7pm Grade 4 Ballet - 7-8pm Grade 3 Tap -8-9pm Everyone has now been issued with costume lists, exam entry forms and a newsletter but if you have any further questions please email me at [email protected] and I will get back to you asap, please allow at least a few hours over this very busy time!
