REMINDER: PACK MEETING, CAKE AUCTION & POPCORN PICKUP Our next Pack Meeting is Saturday November 16 at 2:00 pm. We really need you there! The location has changed - we will be meeting at the Presbyterian Church of Wilmington due to a conflict in the meeting rooms at St. Columbkille. The address is 840 Timber Glen, Wilmington, OH 45177. It is located off Truesdell Street (Route 730) in the Timber Glen neighborhood next to Holmes School. The address is Cake Auction Please bake a cake for the auction. We will have an auctioneer arriving to help sell our cakes - bring friends and family to buy our cakes. The theme of the auction is “Sports of All Sorts”. That means the cake can have a sports related theme of nearly any type or sport. We will be having prizes for the following categories: 1) Best Theme (most adhering to the theme Sports of All Sorts 2) Most Original (cake with an original design - does not need to have a Sports of All Sorts Theme) 3) Yummiest Looking (cake that looks delicious - we don’t taste them of course) Popcorn Pickup We will be picking up our popcorn from Boy Scouts in the early morning of the 16th. We need as many people as possible - hopefully everyone - to make it to the meeting because we do NOT have a place to store the popcorn. Please let us know early if you cannot pick up the popcorn. Popcorn Sorting We need some volunteers to help sort out the bulk order of popcorn we will receive into the individual orders. Please let me know if you can help out - it will be at the Presbyterian Church of Wilmington around 11:00 am and should take no more than 90 minutes. Popcorn Pickup We need to pickup the popcorn at Camp Hugh Taylor Birch by 9:00 am. The earlier the better. We need two larger cars / trucks likely - our Show and Sell took a pickup truck and the back portion of a van and this order is a little bigger than that order was.
