REQUESTING TO OUR OLD AND SENIOR BANKERS TO MUST READ.. today i want to ask our senoirs who are going to retier in coming years: as we all know presently the percentage of young generation in our public sector banks is about 30%....even being a minority in numbers we have opened a front against iba, ufbu and govt.....what is the bone of contention surely its the pension agreement done by ufbu in 1993 in which pension had linked to the profit so at the time of BPS our retiered leaders of ufbu goes there and concentrate on the settlement of pension at the cost of our wages thats why we all bankers getting low wages as a huge part of profit which should be used for our wage hike simply transfered shamelessly to the pension fund....now come to the point it has been said that in coming 5 years the number of young employees raises to the nearly 80-85% so it is dead sure that it is the last settlement for the retiered leaders of ufbu....as we have already revolted against this system of negotiation and also against this old leadership of ufbu...also people are getting aware as day by day.....now in few years when youngsters will be 85% then it is obvious that the leaders of all unions will also be youngsters because we will not allow the retiered people to lead us anymore as we ourselve are capable to look our matters......then think seriously at the time of negotiations we dont even consider the demand of pension updation because we are in nps and also the people who will be under old pension have a long time remaining for their service and also they people will be very few....so the updation of pension will stop in coming BPSS and you will have to adjust with your old pension for whole of your life and we will enjoy the whole profit for our wage hike....now see may be you will be hurt after knowing our thinking but it is a fact reason being these old retiered leaders are humiliating us financially so we have so much anger for those retiered leaders also the majority of oldiees who are retier or going to be retiered are loyal towards them to the extent that they even dont opposes their wrong doing....now you all are against CPC in which you will get automatically updated pension but you are not futuristic and think only about your immediate narrow intrests.....so the choice is yours whether you have to come on the roads to demand equality in every respect with the central govt employees or to be loyal with those who are cheating you from decades and will left your future in dark.....they already made handsome money from levy and other sources.....so i request you to think wisely to secure you future....
