RESCUE ALERT!!! If anybody lives in or near Indianapolis, heres a really attractive 85 Signature Series that needs a new owner pretty badly. This one is that dark-ish herringbone blue color (not quite navy) with dark blue half top. It has really pretty dark blue velour in it. I forget the exact mileage, but its over 100K. Very nice paint for the cars age. The guy is practically giving the car away because he needs it off of his property. Runs & drives great, but it needs freeze plugs, he says. I called Ford to see about the freeze plug issue and he said without knowing which plugs are needed (he isnt sure), its tough to quote cost, but if its one or more that are tough to get to, then it could be a really costly repair. If its easy, then its cheap. If youre interested, let me know and I can put you in touch. I had inquired about it, and he got in touch with me telling me hed make me a fantastic offer, but I live in an apartment complex & I cant be bringing cars in on tow hooks -- the complex will tow it right back out). This is also not my pick of colors.
