REVIEW of Chick-fil-A: On Saturday Dan & I had lunch at the newly opened Chick-fil-A in Wallingford. It was FABULOUS! The line was long, because they are still the newest place in town, but it moved along quickly. We had the basic chicken sandwiches, and they were moist & delicious, and good lean protein. The best thing about Chick-fil-A was the staff! The service was wonderful! We were treated better than we have been treated at many high priced restaurants. The servers are respectful and extremely polite. And that all goes to the very high standards of service that the founder, Truett Cathy, set from the beginning of the company. And they are closed on Sundays! That counts very highly in my book! This will be our go-to place in Wallingford for good quality fast food with the best service in town.
