RIP Claire Bud Chandler Smith. (July 8th, 2013) Bud lived next door to me and his son Rob was my best friend throughout Elementary and High School. Bud taught Power Mechanics to us car nuts at Sammamish High School and he was always willing to help solve someones car problem even after school at his home on his own time. Even years later guys would stop by his place just to show off their new car, ask advice and say thanks for all he had taught them. I know because I was one of them, he saved my butt several times when I was first learning how to work on my own vehicles.
