RISE ABOVE REVENGE Do not repay evil for evil or abuse for abuse; but, on the contrary, repay with a blessing. 1 Peter 3:9 How many God’s blessings have you hindered for your lives? How many people are you destroy today? And how many lives are you going to destroy tomorrow by taking a revenge for yourself, Truly, in this sinful world, it is often acceptable to tear people down verbally or back at them if we feel hurt. Remembering Jesus’ teaching to turn the other cheek, this verse encourages you to blessing those who offend you. Because in God’s kingdom taking revenge and insulting a person, no matter how directly or indirectly done, are unacceptable behaviors. Instead of reacting angrily to those people, pray for them. The Lord God will make you to rise above revenge in Jesus name. Are you ready for His coming, who? Our Lord Jesus Christ
