Besides, this was a president who reigned for 20 years and who is accused of being the most corrupt president because of his tremendous wealth; yet to this day there are is no paper trail to prove that. Meaning he is that brilliant...or cunning...whatever you wish to call him. My point, had he wanted to kill AQuino, he didnt need to wait that long or to do it in a dramatic way.
