RSOE EDIS Event Report - Three people were dead and six remain missing after two cargo boats collided and sank in the East China Sea early Thursday, Xinhua news agency reported. The Fujian Provincial Maritime Search and Rescue Centre received a report at 3:05 a.m. local time saying 13 people were in waters off Nanri Island. Four people have been rescued and search operation is continuing. Both boats were Chinese vessels.
