RSS cancels VK Singh’s speech after his late arrival.......It is really amazing how Gen V.K. Singh totally disregarded punctuality and reached the venue so late. Perhaps he was under the impression that just as at other functions, late arrival would not matter at all but he forgot that it was RSS function and discipline for them is of first importance. There was no question of his being allowed to deliver his address..............
