Deal is made between seller and buyer. Cash talks bullshit walks. If you are stringing someone along they have a right to move on to the next potential buyer. 4. This group is not to be held responsible in any accidents that may or may not occur while using, loading, or transporting a plow. It is the buyers responsibility to determine that the plow and/or vehicle is in safe working order before heading off down the road. Snow plowing can be a dangerous job. Be sure to research local laws and regulations regarding snow plowing saftey.
