Racism is alive and well because it is to somebody’s advantage to carry grudges forward to places that they would not otherwise exist; twist them to their own advantage; and then debase the minds of the next generation with them. Truth about the past is a hard lesson to teach. Truth about the future is even harder. It requires analysis of multiple perspectives. It requires that analysis without emotion. Most of all it requires dissemination without a selfish agenda to bias the future outcome to your own advantage, but rather the good of the species. ~FLG 6-23-13
