Re enforce monopoly laws so no institution is too big to fail. which as Sheila Bair pointed out allows them to compete unfairly with small banks and make risky loans because they know the U.S. taxpayer has to bail them out. Dismantle the Federal Reserve, a private bank, so they no longer can manipulate the country and create money out of nothing (no backing with silver or gold) except tax payers promise to pay the interest. This cripples the public with a national debt on fake money created out of thin air. I heard the last person to try do this was John Kennedy. Limit U.S congressmen to 3 terms and senators to 2 to get rid of professional politicians so we once again have a citizen based congress living a life in society. Enforce tax payer paid campaign finance including a certain number of minutes of air time on public airwaves that were given to the big media conglomerates during the Clinton Administration, and anyone who goes over the amount allowed is thrown out of the race. This would free the congress people from the need to spent so much time fundraising and eliminate most of the political influence of special interest. My nephew lost the for the Republican Primary race for U.S. Congress last night. His byline is, My special interest is the Constitution. He ran against someone who had 2 million dollars donated to run on, much of that from out of state. How can a citizen compete with that without prostituting themselves?
