Reaction to my post yesterday on things I wish some of my fellow atheists would stop saying has been interesting. Lots of good discussion on the Facebook pages of friends and strangers alike. But one response, which has thankfully only been offered by a few people, has me baffled. Its the youre not the boss of me response. A few people have been terribly offended that I would tell them what to do and think. One even accused me of trying to censor people. Seriously baffling. I am critiquing arguments I think are bad, untrue and ill thought out. I may be wrong about some of them and my critique is certainly open to critique as well. But I dont respond to those who disagree with those critiques by saying, OMG, how dare you tell me what to think! #eyesrollingtovegasandback
