Read this article. Very scary, especially the part about the average income per person on welfare vs. working a job! Its a broken system! Then, in reference to the part about medical treatment - When we were on our recent cruise, we met a lot of people from England, Canada, and Australia. They ALL said that there is a LONG waiting list for anyone in their country to get doctors appointments, MRIs, surgeries, etc. UNLESS the person happened to have PRIVATE insurance!
