Really is quite frustrating when you are fighting for fair treatment of your child with the school, and then you get to listen to all the teachers whining that they have to go back to work now. Teachers these days have no interest in helping the children as much as protecting there own interests. I have been researching and dealing with fair treatment issues for my son and I have educated myself quite well and it really sucks when you hear them reference there summer being over. The normal work force doesnt get to have there summers off, they work through it without complaint. My son doesnt get to put his autism on hold for the summer either. Believe me if there is one person who wishes there summer wasnt coming to an end it is him. Well off to the school to help them figure out how to transition my son into school after the summer. Sorry about the rant but I am frustrated with the unfair treatment of the mentally challenged kids in the world. Makes me sick to my stomach. My son is awesome and I sure hope they can figure that out. So sick of words this year it is time for action! Peace
