Realtors Beware! Many Realtors and clients dont realize the inherent risk we face everyday trying to do our job. Read this article...I knew the agent who was stabbed 27 times in McKinney Texas. I have also known several who were robbed or almost raped. Their is a reason I ask all my sellers to put their kitchen knives in the cabinet and not on the counter.....safety of my colleagues. Their is a reason I ask my sellers to take down family photos, and remove their childrens names from the walls. Its not just clutter, it me protecting your family from the unknown. How easy would it be for a pedophile to view your home, see a picture of your child and their name, and two days later try to convince them to get in the car stating how else would they know their name?realtors perform so many tasks for their clients, most of which go unnoticed...We truly are way more then just a key to the front door.
