Really bad customer service 6. Ever since I opened my business I have been HARASSED by Comcast Business Class until I finally conceded and am currently stuck in a 5 year contract with. 7. TV detracts us from real person to person interactions. 8. TV used to be FREE (or at least wasnt over $100 a month) 9. Been on hold for 11 mins already 10. Call transferred at 14 mins of holding 11. Bundles 12. Staticy sounding hold music 13. Transferred for second time at 19 mins 14. They shut down my local office for equipment services 15. The remotes dont work as good as every other remote I have. 16. Excuses 17. 40 mins --- Freedom
