Refer a new host family and get £20 cash! This coming season is already looking even busier than ever so I am in urgent need of at least 30 more families to ensure we can cover our obligations in both Melksham and Trowbridge. Referral is by far the best way of recruiting, as new families have already seen or heard about hosting from you, and will therefore have a better understanding as to what to expect. To thank you for referring, I shall be offering £20 for every new family you refer that hosts for me in 2014. Payment will be in cash after they have hosted their 2nd group. Get in touch and I will send you a flier that you can send to friends and family, post on work notice boards, intranets and social networking sites. Just ask them to quote your name when contacting me. It is important not to pre-judge who would or wouldn’t host. We have single people, single parent families, couples with no children, couples with children, widows, retired people and many more - from all backgrounds in life. Some host for the experience it gives them, some for the company, some and their children and others just for the money. As long as they have a clean, safe house with a spare room and a welcoming and caring attitude then they will be considered. Some of your friends may not be interested – but they may have friends or family of their own who might be interested – so please ask all of them and your Facebook / twitter friends to spread the word. Once again ask them to quote your name as reference when they ring or email me. That way you still get the £20! You may also think about doing a leaflet drop to your estate (or getting the kids to do it!) I would be happy to supply all the fliers with your reference on for you to do this - and again you get £20 for each successful recruitment! And don’t worry - having more families on my books won’t lessen the chances of you getting students. In fact, it will allow me to take on more coaches every week and give you a better chance of hosting even more.
