Regarding my Speeding Citation: I am going to put together a Sworn Motion to deny persona and subject matter jurisdiction BASED ON THIS VIDEO and the information provided. However, I will not use an affirmative denial of jurisdiction as a means to remove the jurisdiction to Federal Court. Instead I will simply demand that these and any other Constitutional and Federal requirements be established, as a matter of full and fair disclosure of the nature and cause of the charges, prior to any further proceedings. Also I will be responding to the court by U.S. Mail and making a Special Appearance in writing for the purpose of denying jurisdiction. Will the charges be dismissed? Or will the motion be denied?
