Commencing Monday Feb 9th 2015 Information Evening for members will be held on the week of January 19th 2015…exact night tbc asap. What is the 84 Day Challenge? It is a step by step guided process where you will receive a Workbook containing daily checklists and Exercise plans for you to adhere to. You will also receive a Recipe Book & 12 Week Meal Planner as Guidance. The nutrition is based on real food and meal planning for the whole family, easily assessable simple everyday ingredients, nothing fancy or overpriced. Basics! You will receive: A Workbook (containing everything you need to know & do, nothing is left unanswered) Recipe Book containing 12 Week Meal Planner 1 Complimentary Personal Training Session to use as a one off in the 12 week period A choice of an AM or PM Weekly Group Training session & Progression Meeting Access to online Members only Mentor & Support Page Who is the Challenge for?
