Rehoboth Christian Ministries is accepting applications for Community Disability Practitioners and Shift Supervisors to work in our Stabilization Unit in Lethbridge. We are searching for career oriented individuals who have experiences or education in the community disability field, as well as addictions, mental health, and complex behaviours of concern. Practitioner Positions: We have numerous hours to choose from and they will range from: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/4pm-midnight/midnight-8am Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4pm/4pm-midnight/midnight-8am + stats Qualifications: The preferred education for this position is a diploma in Community Disability Services, Social Work, Addictions, and Psychology, related disciplines and equivalencies will be considered. Experience in supports to individuals with developmental disabilities with complex support needs requirements is preferred. Must have Emergency First Aide, Criminal Record Check, and Valid Driver’s License/Million Dollar Liability. Must be willing to take advanced training. Salary Range: $23.76 to $28.00 per hour. Shift Supervisor: We have numerous shifts to choose from: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/4pm-midnight/midnight-8am Saturday and Sundays 8am-4pm/4pm-midnight/midnight-8am + Stats Qualifications: Must have a diploma or degree in Community Disability Services, Social Work, Addictions, and Psychology. Related disciplines and equivalencies will be considered. Experience in supports to individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Must have Emergency First Aide, Criminal Record Check, and Valid Drivers/Million Dollar Liability. Salary Range: $25.74 -$31.16 per hour
