We have never full body clipped her but without fuss have trimmed face, bridle paths and four legs. She is a good doer and has never foundered. Midge is very safe with no buck, bolt, rear. She has been attending pony club (camps, rally days, gymkhanas) , ag shows (good pleasure and hunter mount), inter school comps, trail riding, mustering, dressage, sporting and jumping competitions and ODEs for the past four years. She took my five year old to zone level with wins/placings within six weeks of owning her. My daughter also was eligible in 2014 for state dressage. Always brings home a swag of ribbons. In jumping she is currently competing f/e grade. With her previous owner she had won the scone c grade championships. Midge is forward moving and is suited to an independent rider who has mastered the basics. My daughter has ridden her independently since she was 5 and Midge has looked after her. She has been brought along with parelli methods and has begun liberty training.
