Remain steadfast in the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your faithfulness is storing up for you an eternal weight of glory that far exceeds the sufferings which you endure because of the wicked temptations of your sinful flesh which wage war against your soul. I know the urge to sin is great, for I share in your sufferings, but we must never lose hold of the truth that through Christ we are more than conquerors over sin, Satan and death. Sin, Satan and death no longer have dominion over us for we are Gods children born again by His Spirit. We are dead to sin and made alive by the Spirit of the Living God who has already defeated sin, Satan and death on the cross. God lives inside of us for we are His Holy Temples. It is through the power of the Holy Spirit that we are able to not give into the wicked temptations that lead us into sin. Sin when fully grown leads to eternal death. Jesus Christ destroyed every work of the devil and sent us His Spirit so that we too could walk in newness of life by living by the Spirit. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. There is victory in the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ! Live by the Spirit and you will not gratify the sinful desires of your flesh. Remember brothers and sisters it is not by our own power or might that we are able to be righteous and holy but only by Gods Spirit.
