Remember Rascal? He was surrendered to an animal control officer by his owner in July and just could not catch a break. He was heartworm positive and he caught a cold that he couldnt seem to shake, and no one seemed to want an older guy with heartworms. Luckily, the very kind person who had adopted Neena (now known as Sandy) came to meet Rascal and fell in love. Hes doing great and is acting like a young pup. Thanks for adopting!
