Remember, when you say, lead me not into temptation, but deliver - TopicsExpress

Remember, when you say, lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil, that, given the power of choice over our own thoughts and actions, we are giving God authority over our lives. When Jesus says, you are healed! Go and sin no more! He has given you the Holy Spirit. Which is that small steady voice you hear, when facing temptation, that says, dont do this. He is a forgiver of all sins, yes. Although, each and every time that we ignore His voice, and do it anyway, rationalizing in our mind why it is necessary, The Holy Spirit is forced to leave the defiled vessel. That is the sinking of your stomach. Woe to those who die in that state without repenting. Even worse, is those who say, its ok, Jesus will forgive me!; is blasphemous against the Holy Spirit. It will be better for Sodom and Gomorrah than for those. If the rationalizers repent and ask the Holy Spirit back in, they are again, re-saved and given another chance. But I say to you, each time we fall, getting back up is harder and harder. Each time we sin, it is like adding dirt to a glass of water. We must pour out as much of the glass (repent) as we can, and still live ((we can never pour all of it out)) and begin to add His Living pure Water back into the glass. Eventually, through this process, our glass of water can become clean again. So, ask Jesus for The Holy Spirit in your heart today. Repent, and let Him start filling your glass back up with His Living Water. Which is done by renewing your mind in His Word, and praying to Him from your heart. Have faith in this process and go....and sin no more. You will be healed! LOL (Live On Love)
