However, people are becoming more lonely and depressed. Evangelism is shining the light of the Gospel on an increasingly devastated world. Evangelism is not something I do with my own strength; rather, it is enjoying God’s absolute sovereignty. It is experiencing the power of God who created the world and governs over the joy, woes, life and death of all peoples. Also, it is seeing God’s absolute plan and receiving answers. How can I enjoy this blessing in the field? 1. Assurance Although many people attend church, there are not many people who have assurance that they are children of God. Because of this, despite attending church diligently, they are not able to experience God’s power in their lives. Jesus is the Christ and when I have assurance that He is my savior I will enjoy answers within God’s plan. When I discover the greatest answers within the Gospel, I will begin to share the Gospel with other people and wherever I go I will receive the blessing of binding the forces of darkness. 2. Church Although I may have assurance as a child of God, because I have incorrect thoughts and scars deeply imprinted in my heart, there are times when things do not work out. It is then that you must deeply meditate on the Word and focus on prayer. When you pray, you receive answers to heal your spirit and mind. Also, when you focus on the Word you experience the fulfillment of the Word in your life. That is when God will open the doors of evangelism and evangelism naturally takes place. The church is the field of enjoying the arswers of the word, prayer, and evangelism. 3. Only Jesus For believers who discover that the solution to their life is only Jesus Christ, evangelism inevitably takes place. When you understand and enjoy evangelism, God will open all the doors of evangelism for the entire world. In the same way that through Stephen’s tribulation the evangelism movement spread, you will hold onto the Gospel and go into the world without fear. Also, you will be able to see God’s plan for world missions and you will be able to enjoy the answers to heal the world and the age. You will receive a great blessing that can only be enjoyed because of the Gospel.
