Repeating the names of Source, words of power and mantras is so important to spiritual development and Self realisation. The words of power one is drawn to will depend upon spiritual awareness and learning from past lives, ones soul, feeling, timing in ones life work, astrology, numerology to mention a few. Here are thirteen words of power: The soul mantra (which i have shared before Elohim Aum Om mani padre hum I Am, I AM that I AM I am One with All I Love Adonai (Lord) So Ham (I Am God) El Shaddai (God Almighty) YHWH Ram Yod Hay Vod Hay (Divine Father) Try one or some. Meditate: visualize a gold cord of Light extending from the personality up through the soul to the spirit of self. the cord can be small or as wide as the circumference of ones head. then move your focus to the third eye and visualise it in the minds eye and with full intention and power, repeat the word of power out loud from three to seven times or up to 20 minutes.once this is done sit quietly in a relaxed state and see if you can feel a response from your soul or from spirit, depending on which stage you are working with. It is important to hold your consciousness steady in the Light for the time given. it can be done for a short time a few times a day to help centre ones self for clarity. The souls mantra if you did not read it earlier is I am the Soul I am the am the Light divine I am Love I am Will I am Fixed Design.
