Reply to Danish Ayaz //I was just trying to bring before everybody the teachings of your scriptures, I never thought you will consider it as an Attack. Why you want teachings your scriptures hidden from the mass???// Who said I want this? U and other muslims in this group assume too much.. :p //Dear Nish, unlike Hindus, Muslims teach there kids Quran since the early age of 4 or 5 yrs.// May be it is the reason of their violence and hate against non muslims or Kafirs . //As for Dark Side of Islam, Islam has only one side, and that is the Bright side.// Without debate u should not reach at conclusion. Islam has dark side and I will expose when we hindus will be allow to post on the wall of this group without ur permission. . //And by the way, I quoted your scriptures and not Zakir Naik, to the best of my knowledge. Now do you mean to say that all your Scriptures were written by Zakir Naik....?// This is funny. U only copy pasted misinterpretation from anti hindu sites. Our scriptures were written by Rishis not by a single man like urs. . //I copied verses from your Scriptures, do you mean to say that all your Scriptures are Anti-Hindu......?// Lol again assumption. U did not copied from our scripture, u copied misinterpretation of mantras of our scripture from few anti hindu sites. So our scriptures are not anti-Hindu but u r. . //Leave the woman issue as you can never ever defend it, simply tell me-- Are all men considered to be Equal in Hinduism...???// I can’t leave this bcoz this is my favourite topic :D Don’t care about my defense, u are again assuming :p Yes All men and women too are equal in Hinduism. But in islam it is just opposite. . //Now I accept that I was wrong to give Mantra 7 and 8. I am ready to accept the mistake I made.// Good . ////AND TO BE EXACT ITS MANTRA 8 THAT REFERS TO SATI.// Again doing mistake. Sati is nowhere in Vedas. . ////Verse 10:18:3 says: Divided from the dead are these, the living: now be our calling on the Gods successful. We have gone forth for dancing and for laughter, tofurther times prolonging our existence. . Please mark the word-these, in the mantra, its plural and refers to all the relatives of the dead and not the widow in particular.// So u r using translation of Griffith. Ok. If it talks about all, then I hope u will not assume that except WIDOW it talks about all. . /////Even a child of 5th grade could understand the meaning, I am surprised you are confused with it.// Who said I m confused. “All” includes WIFE too. Even relation of husband-wife is most important, so u can’t omit WIDOW from “ALL”. WIDOW should be first one in this “ALL”. But if u want to argue only then u can omit “WIDOW” from “ALL”. But even a child of 5th grade could understand the meaning of “ALL”,I am surprised you are confused with it . ///// Now that shows have either lack of proper understanding or you might be trying to misinterpret the verses to suit your need.// Now I cleared ur confusion of “ALL”, so it shows either lack of proper understanding or you might be trying to misinterpret the verses to suit your need. I never misinterpret, it suits on muslims I always give translation by Scholars without changing a single word, unlike u all ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- //// Now come to verse 8, it commands the widow of the dead to Rise up, that is calls the widow to rise and reach above the world of living beings, that is to the heavens, along with his dead husband. In other words, commands to self-immolate herself, that clearly is SATI.// Looooooooolll….. Plz don’t compete with Zakir. One Zakir is enough for misinterpretation. “that is to the heavens, along with his dead husband”…where did u find these words in Mantra? “In other words, commands to self-immolate herself, that clearly is SATI.”…..loooll which word say to immolate herself? It is height of assumption and I m repeating again and again that muslims are assuming too much in this group I think u want to discuss Grammar, synonyms etc…. Synonyms of Rise up are: come up, rear, arise, rise Rise means-- उठना (get up, arise, stand up) Rear means-- पिछली टांगों पर खड़ा होना ( To stand up on Legs, rear up) Arise means-- उठना , उठ खड़ा होना (get or stand up) Examples:- 1. And now 11 years later, that is where he remains to this very day, plotting to rise up and take the throne. और अब 11 साल बाद , जहां वह बहुत दिन तक रहता है , वह उठकर और सिंहासन लेने के लिए साजिश रचने . Now I hope u don’t say he is going above the world of All living beings, that is to the heaven to take throne 2. Future generations will have to find some other way to rise up against their parents. भविष्य की पीढ़ियों के लिए उनके माता - पिता के खिलाफ उठ करने के लिए कुछ अन्य रास्ता निकालना होगा. And now u will say future generation will rise and reach above the world of living beings, that is to the heaven, In other words, it self-immolate itself, that clearly is SATI. 3. She asks for everyone to rise up against this evil. Now u can urself understand its meaning. She is not asking everyone to immolate and reach heaven. There are many example of this word “RISE UP”……But its better if u use Sanskrit word. But bcoz for Rigveda 10.18.3 u used Griffith’s translation, so for this mantra too I m showing u Griffith’s translation:- 10.18.8--> Rise, come unto the world of life, O woman: come, he is lifeless by whose side thou liest. I don’t know why u used “Rise up” as a word to reach to heaven and trying to misinterpret but After reading this translation I understood that this mantra suggest woman to “Rise [उठना (get up, arise, stand up)] and come to this world of life. It is not saying to go in heaven and leave this word and immolate herself, these all are ur assumptions. It clearly says that he (ur husband) is lifeless. And everyone cry near dead body specially wife. So it is only suggesting her to rise and come in THIS WORLD OF LIFE. More proofs—---------> 1. Encyclopaedia of Vedic Philosophy: The Age, Religion, Literature .. Volume 8 Edited by Subodh Kapoor:- Either her husband’s brother, who is in place of a husband to her (patisthaniyah) or a pupil cause her to rise up repeating the word of Rigveda 10.18.8:- Rise up, o woman, COME BACK to the world of life; thou art lying by a dead man; COME BACK. Thou has sufficiently fulfilled duty of wife and MOTHER. 2. Abhi-> It expresses the notion, verdict or going towards, approaching. Griffith used word “come to” in his English translation, but our Sanskrit scholars used best word for this which is “Lakshya karke”. 3. Janitva-> Janita- Will take birth (SB 1.3.25, 9.22.46-48) Janitah- Produced (Antya 1.139) Here word used is “Janitvam”. Janitva- Will Born (RV 4.18.14) , Will born (AV 2.28.3) So it is very clear that it is related with bith, so with son & daughter. Janitvam is related with mother too as well as wifehood. Also this word is in Rigveda 1.89.10:- Griffith’s translation:- Aditi is the heaven, Aditi is mid-air, Aditi is the Mother and the Sire and Son.Aditi is all Gods, Aditi five-classed men, Aditi all that hath been born and shall be born. 4. Udirsva-> Rise Synonyms of Rise up are: come up, rear, arise, rise. Rise means-- उठना (get up, arise, stand up) Rear means-- पिछली टांगों पर खड़ा होना ( To stand up on Legs, rear up) Arise means-- उठना , उठ खड़ा होना (get or stand up) Raja Dam Nishant Shaliwan sir, both of u have more knowledge than me about sanskrit. So plz check above translation of Rigveda 10.18.8 and plz correct me if i made any mistake.Thanks. // The POSTMORTEM report of your snapshot has been attached herewith this post for your review.// I attached same too….. // You can also find the exact meaning of the words you tried to mistranslated and misinterpret.// NOW I NEED PROOF FOR THIS. PROVE IT THAT I TRIED TO MISINTERPRET EVEN A SINGLE WORD. I only gave u pic of translation of vedas by Hindu scholars, I did not misinterpret a single word. While u tried to change the meaning of “Rise” and made a conclusion that “Rise” here indicating “Sati”. U can blame hindu scholars for translation but u cant blame me for this, I gave u pic with translation while u r creating stories and translating Vedas urself and I know very well that u don’t know anything about Sanskrit. So try to fool someone else. If u can’t provide reference then I think u should apologize for blaming me again and again for MISINTERPRETATION. ------------------------------------------------------- At last i asked few question in my previous post but u failed to reply and remain silent. So i m repeating those questions here--> 1.// Widows in some states of India still immolate themselves willingly or by force, on the funeral pyre of their husbands in accordance with sati,// ---->I NEED REFERENCE OF THIS. I m asking for reference bcoz i dont know about any such incident happened in 2014..... 2.//There are many more verses in vedas which command Hindus to burn a woman alive with the dead body of there husbands.// I m waiting for other mantras. 3.U used which Sanskrit dictionary and which scholars translation to debunk or better to say misinterpret the translation of Hindu scholars? Thank u.
