Replying to emails I am sorry, but due to my workload yesterday and today, I will not be able to respond to most emails received last week until tomorrow. Even then I may not get through them all. I have quite a backlog to get through... As an example, I currently have about 75+ emails in my inbox I need to go through and reply too...... :( My services I have decided over the next few days to revamp all my services. These will be updated on my site by the weekend (hopefully). Receiving Emails I have decided that due to the large volume of emails I get each day, I will no longer be able to accept emails from the general public from my site. The amount of spam I am receiving, and the number of genuine emails is becoming too difficult for me to manage, and way too time consuming to read through and reply too. Client Email Support I will be setting up a clients only email address for contact with me. All other communications/bookings must be by phone or sms. General Advice I will no longer be offering advice by email to the general public. I will however be setting up paid telephone consultations for those that wish to use that service. This service should be available by the end of next week. I am sorry to all those that have emailed me and not getting back in a timely manner. I operate my business on my own, and time can become fairly tight for me. So I need to make changes, so as not to let people down. I will keep everyone posted on here about changes and when they have been implemented. Again my apologies to those that have been waiting for an email response from me.
