Report from BCR.... Hungry! Yessiree! Weather ? Wonderful....! 65 degrees, breeze at five. Hungry...! This evenings bachelor meal... Shrimp cocktail on saltines with chasers of Chardonnay; Slowly grilled Pork Tender gently stuffed with cilantro, a tad of my salsa, lime and crushed garlic and a whisper of Worcestershire; Grilled avocado, halves upside down for a moment or two then flipped and filled with light salsa, tad of olive oil, sea salt, chopped tomato and dab of sour cream, set away aside to stay warmish; Small potato, sliced gently within a half inch of its bottom, but potato intact as a whole, slathered with butter, sea salt and pepper, baked. 400 for 30 mins; And a small tomato, chilled and sliced with a dab of Ranch; And, warmed Naan flatbread accompanied by real butter. Only thing missing is the rabbit food...lettuce (oh, well) Then, all said and done, the buttermilk pie...with a large glass of cold milk. See you in my dreams, friends!
