Respected Sir , Asalam o alkum , My name is Arun Ayaz Abro, i am 28years old Muslim Pakistani. as my name is un-islamic due to which most of the people consider me Non-muslim , where is ALHAMDULLAH i am MUSLIM by birth .i want to change my name ARUN to HAROON which is why i have submitted my case. in Civil court , Jamshoro suit for Declaration for Name changing Suit No.24 of 2012. since 2012 my issue is court is taking so long to solve my problem , where as all the evidences and my all required documents are clear . even my academic educational concerned have no objection regarding to my name change.and NADRA have also agree with No-objection. the actual problem was NADRA whos lawyer was not present most of the hearing which is why my respected judge is always given me next dates, now the case went in Argument now that i am worried that my need to be soon as possible . sir, here i am humbly requesting you if you could kindly suggest me the way out that could solve my problem. also let me mention here that my educational concerns have said the only thing they required is Decree ,as now ! i am running out of time i have applied for job and wanted to continue my higher studies to M.phill & P.hd as my name issue has not been resolved. due to which i am stuck in middle of no where and it has badly affected my career i am bachelor and have cleared my graduation degree in 1st class. if you kindly suggest me some thing that could solve my problem. i will be very grateful to you.
