Respected Sir, we would love to visit beautiful Arunachal Pradesh in April. We live and work in Mysore/Karnataka. My wife Pratibha is an Indian national, Im a German national married to her for 12 years, with Indian resident permit, PIO card (person-of-Indian origin), Indian PAN card, Indian drivers licence. We are permanently settled in India and I am a Professor at MYRA School of Business in Mysore. According to the laws of Indias Home Ministry, both Pratibha and I should be allowed to enter Arunachal Pradesh on an Inner Line Permit. Yet, all agencies tell us that we need to buy 2 Foreigner Tickets at USD 100, one fake one and one real one. Sorry, but this cant be. I draw an Indian salary, live in India, and pay my taxes in India. Can you please let me know whom to contact?
